Fabian Kau, owner of Reifenservice Mechernich

I am really very happy with the collaboration. Everything ran smoothly and reliably from the start. What I liked most was being involved throughout the whole process - my wishes and my feedback were taken into account.

Communication was straightforward and transparent at all times. Besides the website, my logo, banner and letterhead were designed as well, so I got everything from one source. I am more than happy with the result - it is modern, professional, and it turned out even better than I had pictured it.

A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a high-quality website and a dependable point of contact.

Who we build for

Websites for different industries.

From owner-managed businesses to large corporations: your website should explain your services, build trust and reach the right people. Its structure, content and features are shaped around your company.

Automotive & garages

Appointments without phone tag, services at a glance, reachable after hours - exactly what drivers look for when it's urgent.

  • Tire service
  • Repair shop
  • Car dealership
  • Paint shop
  • Towing service
  • Body shop

Security & services

Credibility decides here. Clear service pages, a process people can follow, and a presence that holds up in a B2B comparison.

  • Security services
  • Building cleaning
  • Property maintenance
  • Facility management
  • Site management

Trades & construction

Most enquiries come from a phone today - on the job site, during a lunch break. Your site has to load right there and keep the number within reach.

  • Painters & decorators
  • Electricians
  • Roofers
  • Carpenters & joiners
  • Heating & plumbing
  • Landscaping
  • Construction firms

Practices & local services

People looking for a practice or a law firm compare - and decide in seconds. A calm, professional presence with an obvious way to get in touch makes the difference.

  • Physiotherapy
  • Dental practice
  • Naturopaths
  • Tax advisors
  • Law firms
  • Restaurants & cafés

Industry & B2B trade

Anyone selling machinery or technical equipment sells on data. The site has to show working areas, performance figures and dimensions in a way an engineer can compare - and the route to a specialist must never be more than one click away.

  • Mechanical engineering
  • Technical trade
  • Suppliers
  • Wholesale
  • Service & maintenance

Sign-making & vehicle wrapping

Here the work sells through the eye. Anyone who wraps, letters or prints doesn't need a text box, they need the reference large and sharp - next to an enquiry that starts with a photo of the vehicle.

  • Vehicle wrapping
  • Lettering & signage
  • Illuminated signs
  • Digital printing
  • Sign construction
  • Textile finishing

Your industry isn't listed? No problem - the approach stays the same. Tell us about your business

How it works

Online in four steps.

Transparent, without the jargon - you always know where we stand.

  1. 01

    Talk

We listen: what makes your business yours, who do you want to reach, what should the site achieve?

  2. 02

    Design

You get a clear design - made for you, not pulled off a shelf.

  3. 03

    Build

We build the site: fast, mobile, findable. Copy and images included if you want them.

  4. 04

    Live & support

Going live - and we stay on it: hosting, updates, changes. You don't have to take care of anything.

Your customers search at ten in the evening. They find the website then, too.

Price & scope

What does a website cost?

The honest answer: it depends. But not on whim - five questions set the price, a sixth tells you what runs afterwards. You can answer all six yourself.

How many pages?

One page that shows everything important is built faster than a site with its own subpage per service.

One-pager or several subpages?

Who writes the copy?

If you know what belongs on the site, it moves fast. If not, we write it - that is real work and it costs accordingly.

Copy ready, or written by us?

Where do the images come from?

Your own photos of the business work best and cost nothing extra. If there are none, we need stock material - or a photographer.

Own photos available?

What should it do?

Calling and a contact form are always included. Appointment booking, enquiries via WhatsApp, job postings or several languages are extra work.

Contact only, or more?

Is something already there?

We take over an existing domain and email addresses. If the old site ranks well on Google, we protect that visibility in the move.

Old site and domain in place?

And afterwards?

After launch the operation continues: hosting, security updates, backups and small changes. Monthly, transparent, cancellable any time.

From €49 per month

A fixed price here means: the price is set before we start.

We look at your business, settle the five points - and then you get a number. In writing, binding, without asterisks.

  • No add-on invoices. What was agreed is in the price. If something is added later, we tell you what it costs beforehand.
  • A fixed date. Usually around 14 days once copy and images are ready.
  • No mandatory subscription. The website is yours. You can book hosting and support - but you don't have to.

We tell you roughly where you will land in the free first conversation - and before you commit to anything. Ask for a price

All included

From the idea to day-to-day operation.

No patchwork of several suppliers - technology, content and operation come from one source.

Individual design

Cut to fit your business - not a template everyone else has.

Mobile First

More than half arrive on a phone. So the phone version is built first - and the site loads on poor reception too.

Hosting & operation

Servers, security, backups - handled here; all you notice is that it runs.

Domains & email

Your own address and professional mailboxes, set up properly.

Search engine optimization

Clean technology and copy that makes sense, so Google understands you.

Google Business Profile

Maintained and optimized so customers find you in the region.

We take care of it

Your site runs - and stays current.

We handle hosting, security, backups and changes. No waiting on outside suppliers, one contact for everything.

Where we work

Based in Niederkassel. Working beyond the region.

We are based in Niederkassel, between Bonn and Cologne. We work with companies nearby and beyond the region, coordinating in person, by phone or by email.

Our base

Bonn & Rhein-Sieg

Our home base. Short distances, meetings in person, and we know the local competition first-hand.

  • Niederkassel
  • Bonn
  • Troisdorf
  • Siegburg
  • Sankt Augustin
  • Königswinter

Cologne & surroundings

The biggest market on the doorstep - and the toughest. All the more reason for a site that doesn't look like a builder template.

  • Cologne
  • Porz
  • Rodenkirchen
  • Wesseling
  • Brühl
  • Bergisch Gladbach

Eifel & Euskirchen district

Proximity counts double here. Being found regionally wins the customers who would otherwise drive to the next town.

  • Mechernich
  • Euskirchen
  • Kall
  • Zülpich
  • Schleiden
  • Bad Münstereifel

Further away? Not a dealbreaker - much of it runs by phone and email anyway. Just ask

Common questions

What businesses ask us beforehand.

Honest answers - including the uncomfortable ones.

How long until my website is online?

Usually around 14 days from the moment copy and images are ready. The date is agreed in advance, not estimated. If you don't have the content yet, we take on the writing and preparation - which moves the start accordingly.

What does the website still cost after launch?

Hosting and support continue monthly - from €49 per month. That covers servers, security updates, regular backups and the running small stuff: adjusting copy, swapping photos, updating opening hours or prices. Anything beyond that - a new subpage, a new section, an additional feature - is its own project with its own fixed price. So you always know where you stand: maintenance is included, expansion is agreed beforehand.

Is SEO included or does it cost extra?

Technical and on-page SEO are always included: clean technology, a sensible page structure, fast load times, copy people understand and a Google Business Profile that is set up. That is the basis for being findable at all. Ongoing SEO work - monthly optimization and content - is a separate matter and is agreed separately.

Does the site work properly on a phone?

We build Mobile First: the phone version comes first, not as an afterthought. More than half of your visitors arrive on a smartphone - often on the move, with poor reception and little patience. That is why the phone number is always within reach and the site loads fast even in a dead spot.

Which industries do you work for?

Our services are for businesses of every size, from owner-managed businesses to large corporations. Your industry, audience and requirements shape your website. Examples of our work include Reifenservice Mechernich and Kegema in Niederkassel, a supplier of industrial machinery for the sign-making trade.

Is the website GDPR-compliant?

Yes. A privacy policy, a legal notice and a data-minimizing setup for fonts, maps and analytics are part of the build. Where a cookie banner is legally required we set one up - where it isn't, we deliberately leave it out.

What is the difference from a website builder?

A builder is cheaper and perfectly fine for a first presence - we say that openly. The difference shows in speed, structure and findability: builder sites load sluggishly, look like a thousand others, and can only be structured for Google up to a point. If your site is meant to bring enquiries rather than just exist, the step is worth it.

Do you also work outside Bonn, Cologne and the Eifel?

Yes. The regional focus only means that we can also come by in person there. Coordinating by phone and email works just as well - several projects run that way.
