What we access
After you start a check, we request the public website and related files. A fresh browser context loads the page like a mobile visitor and tries the reject action if present. We create screenshots, a loading filmstrip and technical findings. We do not use your browser cookies or login details. Internal networks and unusual ports are excluded.
What we store
The submitted address, time, results, screenshots and filmstrip are stored on our test server in Germany for up to 90 days. After that, the report is unavailable. The creator can delete the report earlier using the delete button in the browser that started it.
Report links are unlisted and marked not to be indexed. They are not private: anyone with the link can view the report. Do not submit confidential addresses.
Anonymous aggregates and rate limits
Aggregated scores and fixed finding identifiers can be retained without the tested address, page title, screenshots or IP address. Repeated tests are identified. The internal results overview is not publicly accessible.
For rate limiting, the application briefly processes an IP address and holds a derived value in memory for up to ten minutes. The checker web interface does not write an access log. Limited technical error logs may contain information needed to diagnose failures.
On your device
The check pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies and do not include heatmaps or session replay. The report's deletion key is stored locally in your browser so you can delete it. Deleting the report also removes that local key.
Your light or dark mode preference is stored locally in your browser for the Website Check only. It is not sent to our server.
Requesting a personal review
The optional review link opens your email application with the report link. You decide what to add and whether to send the message. The tool does not send a message automatically.
Measurement limitations
Lighthouse runs on our own test server. Results can differ from PageSpeed Insights. Automated checks do not replace manual testing or legal advice. To report an error or problematic content, contact info@snxcloud.de and include the report link.
